Why Youtube Sucks (Commercial Conspiracy)!!

So the Welcome to Freshman Year writers have been up in arms against Google lately, this is just a confirmation that Google has been fucking up lately.  So as a daytime ritual I spend a couple of hours a day on youtube.  Lately youtube has been unbearably slow.  Like I want to blow my brains out slow.  I try every trick in the book refresh the page, look away and pretend like I don’t care, nothing works.  I also noticed that youtube has been putting commercials before the videos.  Coincidence I think not.  The timing is just too damn good.  I can’t think of any other logical reason why it could be so slow.  There may be some nay sayers out there and here is my counter argument to you guys: GO FUCK YOUSELVES.

What pisses me off the most is that they have the gall to interrupt my 10-second video with a 30 second commercial.  Seriously!!!  All I want to see is my dramatic gopher or some stupid clip that was sent to me, but now I have to see a commercial that is longer than the clip or just plain old retarded. AH I don’t want to hear Robert Thicke, I have no idea who he is, why is he even on a damn commercial.

So I ask you what should I do now that I can’t watch hundreds of useless videos?  What is going to stop me from listening to the dark voices that tell me to burn things?  Either get faster again or at least get rid of the crappy commercials.  If people say that it is because my computer is slow, you’re wrong.  Go and see for yourself how miserable youtube is. Somebody save me/us!!!

    What you tube is doing is brilliant as far a business goes. They are just trying to make some money, same as you guys. I will agree though that their advertisements are very annoying. A way around it is to hit the refresh button as soon as the add starts playing and it will refresh the page and start the video without the commercial before it.
    Now how do I get the ads off of your website…? Or are you guys not trying to provide a public service either?

    It’s not a brilliant idea because of the flaw you mentioned (Thanks for that). Quite frankly I don’t think it’s an innovative way of getting more add money. The incredible Google couldn’t come up with something more interesting, lame. Second, we only have one add on our website. It doesn’t impede your viewing experience and I also need it because it is a quick convenient way to get to a website that I buy from. Lastly, I can tell you we don’t do this to provide a public service.

    “guest” – there is nothing “brilliant” about youtube or the changes they have made. The site SUCKS and is driving users away in droves. The only thing the site is good for now is pimping products and celebrities who already have more publicity than they warrant. “They are just trying to make some money” Oh please, go play your business violin somewhere else. Shill.
